TRANSACTION COORDINATION

A Transaction Coordinator plays a very important part in helping your closing run smoothly.  By interacting with clients, escrow companies, property management companies and other professionals, the Transaction Coordinator enables the Agent to concentrate on other areas of the business.   As an Agent, you no longer need to worry about managing and monitoring the transaction process since the Transaction Coordinator does it for you.  A Transaction Coordinator also maintains escrow files; coordinates, produces, and processes all necessary information; and also performs accounting-related and administrative functions as well.  Transaction Coordinators set up home inspections and follow through to make sure everything is complete,  ensuring a smooth closing and satisfied clients.

At The Cyber Assistant, we will create the time you need to make selling houses your #1 priorityBy letting us handle your Transaction Coordination, you have more time to dedicate to meeting not only your client's needs, but your financial goals as well.
